Outstanding career as a former Australian Diplomat having served in (the former) Yugoslavia (Belgrade), Warsaw (Poland) and Toronto (Canada). Retired from the Public Service in 1996 and took on the challenges of retail and commercial interests. Over the next 9 years owned and operated 3 separate businesses in the field of Tattslotto, Newsagency and Licensed Post Office around the Melbourne suburbs. During this period he received a number of awards for achieving excellence in results and customer service.

Ahmet has been a leading Business Broker in the industry since Jan 2005. He has achieved the award of "Salesman of the Year" for 2007/08 & 2008/09 and honoured as finalist in the "REIV Business Broker of the Year" in 2007/08 and 2008/09. He is highly motivated, enjoys hard work and passionate about achieving results which satisfy both vendor and purchaser. He continues to achieve extraordinary results which are clearly evident on the firm's website.

He is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV),Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB) and is the preferred broker for over 45 major Franchise brands. He has had a long history of community service and greatly values personal virtues of integrity and honour above all else.

Ahmet's wife and business partner. Successful businesswoman in her own right. Has owned and successfully operated her own retail and distribution business in Melbourne.

Speaks several Slavic languages. Has more recently been involved in a senior customer service role in the Victorian Public Service and has received many awards for service and efficiency.

Like Ahmet, enjoys hard work and is passionate about achieving the best results possible.

Vesna assists in the sale franchise and business sales with special interest in the fashion, hairdressing, health and beauty industries.

Rob joins the team as a specialist in dealing with franchises and small business with a focus on the buying and selling of professional practices like Accounting firms, Legal practices, Child Care centres, Owners Corporations etc.

In his career, Rob was an Accountant for McDonalds Restaurants before becoming a McDonalds State Manager with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability. Following 12 years in McDonalds he became General Manager of a profile real estate agency in Melbourne then the National Real Estate Manager for one of Australia's largest agribusinesses.

Rob is a CPA and whilst fully converse with the financials is hands on when it comes to the actual operations of a business. He has the ability to ensure both the seller positions his/her business to maximise their sale price whilst the buyer is fully prepared to operate the business and maximise their investment.
